Return & Exchange Policy
A Woman’s Place thanks you for your business and hopes you are pleased with your purchase. To ensure quality care, we ask that you take a moment to read the following information.
By LAW, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. All UNDERWEAR including Babydolls with Matching Panty, Hosiery including SPANX hose, tights, and shapers, bras, bust enhancers and Novelty products are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
For all other merchandise, we offer a 7-DAY RETURN POLICY – YOU MUST HAVE RECEIPT (NO EXCEPTIONS). Item must be UNUSED, UNWORN (free of stains or perfume), and UNDAMAGED. Item should be returned to us in new condition in original packaging with all labels and tags attached and MUST be received within 7 days of the invoice date. Customers may choose whether they would like to do an exchange (customers are only allowed ONE exchange per purchase) or receive a store credit; sorry, NO REFUNDS.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations
Please Note: Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
There will be a 15% cancellation fee on orders that have already been processed and are ready for shipment. There will be NO cancellation fee if an order is canceled within 2 hours of placement of the order. After 2 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they are in our distribution stream.
Refused Items:
All refused shipments will result in a 15% restocking fee. Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be re-shipped for an additional shipping and handling fee.
Special Order Policy:
We would like to emphasize that our Special Order system is a COURTESY that we provide our customers. There are times shipping may be delayed due to office closures or the item may simply be on backorder; items may also end up completely out of stock or discontinued. Either way, we have no control over these circumstances. We do our best to provide our customers with outstanding customer service, so we ask that you be patient and understanding while we wait, exchange, or do a store credit if any of these situations occur. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Special Orders usually take a week or less for items to arrive at the boutique unless stated otherwise. Once the item has been received, we will ship it to you complimentary. Items picked up MUST be retrieved within two business days.
Please Note: Purchases canceled once order has been placed or shipped is subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. The customer may choose whether they would like to do an exchange or receive a store credit with the remining balance. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
